Letter From the Chairman

Until the approval of construction supervising regulations in the parliament, all contructions were supervised by various technical and T.U.S. specialists. Avrasya Yapi Denetim A.S. as one of the former companies in construction controlling, is founded in 15/09/2000, according to the law 595, with the operation certificate   203.

Then according to an arragement in law 4708 the company is reorganized and in 05/04/2002, started to continue operations with 13 partners, by taking certificate no 268. As an indicator of our dedication to quality, we have been awarded with ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Management System Certificate.

Currently, with 41 technical personnel we are supervising constructions. As the first quarter of 2007, we are controlling a total of 455.000 m2, with 220.000 m2 completed.
